About plene.ai
plene.ai was started by people who have sat on both sides of a tender, writing bids and scoring them. What struck us was how much of a financial standing evaluation can be worked out from the public record,* and how rarely the bidder had looked at it.
What we do
Four services, one evidence base. A company assessment reads your filed accounts the way lenders and buyers do. A tender pipeline report ranks every notice by whether you should bid. RFP support drafts the response with people in the loop. The bench sizes the team while you bid and recruits it when you win.
Assessments cover UK limited companies and LLPs, since they are built from accounts filed at Companies House. Sole traders and partnerships do not file, so we cannot assess them.*
How we work
- Every figure in a report comes from a filed document, a published notice or material you supply. Calculated figures are listed with the method used. Our method is set out in full here.
- Rankings are labelled as rankings. Win likelihood and addressable value tell you where to put effort; they are not predictions.
- AI tools do the reading and the first draft. People check every finding and every page before it reaches you, and nothing goes out in your name without someone on your side having read it. No AI system we use makes a decision; a named person is accountable for every output. Our phone assistant tells you it is an AI at the start of every call. We align with the transparency and human oversight principles of the EU AI Act,* and set out how in our privacy notice. *EU AI Act
